Make sure you do your homework before you buy carpet of any brand. Get expert help troubleshooting from dyson to get the most out of your machine. The carpet installers said the the dyson vacuum is probably not the best vacuum to use. The packaging on the carpet roll will sometimes have large stickers telling people not to use a dyson vacuum because it will void the warranty.
